Vimeo is a community video-makers and video platform with free accounts for users. If you have an account, upload your video to Vimeo and send us the the video’s URL. If you set a password, make sure you include it in the video’s description. Please note that you will need to enable the ability for users to download your video. To do this, go to your Privacy Settings and select “Download it” under “What can people do with this video?”

Google Drive is a cloud storage service freely available to anyone with a Google account. Users can upload their video file, select the Get Sharable Link icon (the link icon at the top of the page) and copy+paste the generated URL into the relevant video submission field. Dropbox is a cloud storage service freely available to anyone with an email account. Users can upload their video file by logging into their account, selecting the upload button on their main page, and following the prompts. To share the file, find your video in Files and click it. This will open the video file in your browser. Click the Share button at the top of the page and select “Create a link.” “Create a link” will be replaced with “Copy link.” By clicking “Copy link”, you will now be able to paste the URL in the relevant video submission field.
